Are you looking for a luxury London hotel deal, and you want to earn cashback too? I have some amazing information to share with you, on how to earn money on your hotel stay.
First things first. You need to sign up with Quidco, which is a cashback website which helps you to earn every time you buy through their list of merchants. Whether it’s hotels, flights, holidays, car insurance, home insurance, credit cards, broadband, utilities etc. If you sign up through this Quidco friend referral code, you will receive £5 and once that is confirmed, you will earn me £15.
Top Cashback is another cashback website, but from my experience it’s not as reliable as Quidco, because it doesn’t track the websites very well, and when I put in the manual claims, most were also disproved.
When you are logged into Quidco, or Top Cashback (whichever cashback site you prefer), then you need to go to the search box and enter ‘hotels’. A list will be provided of websites that offer cashback when you book a hotel. The terms and conditions will be clearly visible. When you click through to that merchant, then you can enter your check in, checkout dates, number of people, room type and find a luxury London hotel deal, plus if you book that deal, through that merchant, then you will earn cashback.
If you want to save even more money, you need to sign up for a cashback credit card, which is available through AMEX.
There are many genius ways to earn cashback when you book a hotel deal, but you need to know where to go, and how to pay. It might not sound much money, but it’s better in your pocket than in theirs.
Let me provide you with an example of how me and my husband saved £30 off our latest booking.com hotel deal.
- We clicked onto booking.com through Quidco and earned ourselves 4% cashback on the hotel deal, so it earnt us just over £13, which has already been tracked through Quidco.
- We paid through American Express, of which I currently signed up to a 5% cashback deal on the first three months, so this is £17.50, but I think this 5% sign up incentive has ended, so it would now be up to 1% cashback, or more if you sign up for the premium Cashback credit card that has a £25 annual fee.
