I have always loved scented products, but not the chemical fragrances made by Glade or Febreeze, etc, and one of my favourite products are essential or aromatherapy oils, including the fabulous range of Tisserand oils. My favourite scents are grapefruit, lemon, and orange. Citrus essential oils are affordable and make a great bathroom room mist that you can make from scratch with a little isopropyl alcohol.
Don’t let the title post put you off, although it scored 80 on Sharethrough Headline Analyzer. The mist is cheaper than buying an aroma diffuser and separate essential oil.

I’ve got this room and pillow spray and it really helps me to drop off to sleep quickly. It contains oils of lavender, jasmine, and sandalwood. I also spray it into the air, as well as on my pillow. I estimate that a 100ml bottle will last me a month with everyday use of around 8 sprays (four in the air and four on the pillow).

Aroma diffusers are very easy to use. Whether you buy the Tisserand aroma diffuser, or a cheaper aroma diffuser thorough Amazon, for example, simply add a little water to the basin, then ten or fifteen drops of favourite Tisserand oils or other preferred essential oil, and look forward to hours of gorgeous scents in your home. They are very safe too, so you can leave your home while the aroma diffuser is plugged in and you don’t have to worry about blowing out the tealight. On many an occasion, I have left a scented candle burning, so I use these far less frequently and opt for electric wax melt burner and aroma diffusers for lovely fragrance all day long.
