probiotic drink

You will find the probiotic drink on the shelves of most supermarkets, but these often only contain a few microbial strains, often lactobacillus casei.

Kefir Probiotic Drink

Kefir is another excellent choice to boost immune health and heal the gut, but this probiotic drink is expensive dependent on the brand. I remember once buying a one litre bottle of Kefir in a local European shop, for which I paid £0.39. I hadn’t tried Kefir, but I gave it a try. It looked like gone off yoghurt and it tasted disgusting. I thought I would step onto the kefir train, but I’m sticking with the Microbz probiotic drink.

Microbz Probiotics

I first discovered Microbz around ten years ago and it’s a brand that I continue to return to. Not only do I take their Microbz Kids, as it’s effective for babies, toddlers and also breastfeeding moms, but it’s affordable as a three month subscription and it contains fifteen beneficial microbial strains. What makes Microbz even more unique is their range of microbial products for the home, pets, and garden. I don’t own a pet, but I certainly use their products for cleaning my home, freshening my home, and preventing carrot fly at allotment.

Optibac Probiotics

I see a lot of searches for ‘probiotics’ linking to Optibac Probiotics, but if you glance at the microbial strains in these you will not find the same amount as you would in Microbz, but there is a good variety to choose from in the Optibac range.

Symprove Probiotic Drink

There is another product similar to Microbz called Symprove. However, it only contains only four microbial strains, and subscriptions start from £39.99, but you would need to commit to purchasing a year’s supply. Otherwise it’s £49.99 for a rolling subscription. I don’t like their website navigation. It never tells you what exactly you are buying. Is it one bottle, or four bottles in the subscription. Sure, it might have three flavours to choose from, but costing almost £50 to subscribe to a probiotic drink, it is not something I could afford monthly.

I Absolutely Love Microbz

Microbz is a probiotic drink that easy to consume and delivers FIFTEEN BENEFICIAL MICROBES straight to your gut. Sure, some people cannot cope with the slight tart flavour, which is from the apple cider vinegar, but the Microbz kids is still quite tart and does not contain apple cider vinegar. I take around a 20ml shot daily, and 5ml for my daughter. I’ve switched from Microbz Women when I was pregnant to Microbz Kids, as I am still breastfeeding, but there is no difference price or taste wise . Prices range from £23.50 per 475ml bottle up to £31.50, but if you subscribe on one or three bottles you can save 15 percent. And I forgot to mention that Microbz probiotic drink also contains beneficial herbs too.
