Who doesn’t #lovetropic’s combination of lavender and chamomile in the So Sleepy pillow mist to induce relaxation for sleep. There is also a temple balm containing the same ingredients as the so sleepy spray, that also works wonderfully. It’s available in a gift set, the Dream Team Collection, together with a gorgeously scented hand cream. I don’t normally use hand creams, but it’s great to smother on your hands before bed.
